From the legendary director of “Moon Warriors” and “Eastern Condors”.... another kung fu classic from martial arts maestro Sammo Hung. “Blade of Fury” utilizes mainland TV actor Yang Fan (”Romance of Three Kingdoms”) in the lead role alongside Hong Kong greats Cynthia Khan, James Tien, Ti Lung and Sammo himself in an extended cameo in a relentlessly spectaular epic of betrayal and revenge, set in a dark period of turmoil towards the collapse of the Qing goverment.
